Steven M. Richardson

Steven founded Richardson & Company, P.C. in 1987 and currently serves as managing shareholder. Steven has extensive experience in all areas of taxation for individuals and businesses and in auditing and accounting companies in the retail, wholesale, service, manufacturing and distribution industries. Steven is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Tax Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Steven is on the board of directors of the Medway Cooperative Bank, where he serves on a number of committees. In addition, Steven serves as a corporator of the Milford Whitinsville Regional Hospital, is the Chairman of the Finance Committee for his church, and is actively involved in civic organizations including youth sports. Steven graduated from Bentley College with a degree in accounting and he is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Certified Public Accountant.

John J. Antonelli, Jr.

John graduated from Bentley College with a degree in accounting and from Babson College with a Master of Business Administration. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is a shareholder with the firm. John has a diversified background in public accounting where he has provided accounting and auditing, as well as tax and business advisory services to clients ranging from small closely held businesses to large international companies in diverse industries. His experience also includes, investigative accounting; surety and fidelity bond claim investigations; and general business litigation support.

Mark E. O'Reilly

Mark graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mark serves as an accounting and auditing manager for the firm. Mark has a wealth of accounting, tax, and consulting experience with closely held businesses in numerous industries including health care, construction, manufacturers, wholesalers and service companies. He has extensive audit experience, including governmental cost certification and other government agency audits. In addition, Mark has experience with cost analysis and calculation of unit cost multipliers, overhead, and other burden rate calculations. He is also certified as a business valuator. Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Patricia A. Fuller

Pat graduated cum laude from Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In addition, Pat is a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Pat has a diverse background in public accounting where she has provided accounting, auditing, tax, and business advisory services to a wide range of clients in various industries including, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, construction, and service companies. Her experience also includes consulting on various accounting and bookkeeping issues and advising on the design, set-up, and implementation of numerous QuickBooks accounting systems. Pat is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Public Accountants.

 

Thomas P. Godino

Tom graduated from Bentley College with a Bachelors of Science with a concentration in accounting and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Before entering public accounting, Tom spent many years in the manufacturing, construction and transportation industries. He has a great deal of experience in both financial and operational issues.    Tom’s combined private/public work experience spans 32 years. Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Zorik Sklyar

Zorik has clients in computer technology industry as well as in industrial manufacturing trade and construction. Zorik attained his tax knowledge with Ernst & Young and KPMG, leaving the firms as a Tax Manager. Zorik has extensive experience consulting with multinational companies on a broad range of tax compliance and planning matters. Prior to joining public accounting, he worked for a major chemical manufacturer in the company’s tax department.  His 10-plus years of tax experience have gained him practical insight into solving tax problems of individuals and closely held businesses.   Mr. Sklyar graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago , earning a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Sociology and he earned a Master of Science in Accounting degree from DePaul University in Chicago.
